| Hi Bodo, I´m not so familiar with all of todays music. Donald Fagen is from a band called Steely Dan. They made some real good music I think in the 70´s (Ricky don´t loose thay number, Deacon Blues, Do it again). Really interresting music!
Hank Williams and Leann Rimes are country artists. And Jewel had a hit a few years ago called Foolish games. Both Jewel and Steely Dan are recommended.

Besides the ones mentioned by Jos have heard the name Nick Cave.
Cassandra Wilson is a female singer.
But otherwise must agree to Bodo, many new names for me, the only comfort is, what a teacher once told us before a test:
