| I wanted to buy it on VHS many years ago : good to know it´s on DVD now ! I don´t know yet if I wait for it to be released in Europe (because will it be really ?) or if I buy it now.

| for the Region 2 discs the often have a
amorph 3:4 full screen picture.
The Region 1 format is more like a 16:9, so you have a black area on the top and bottom.
That´s what at least they did with the YTO DVD (I have both now)
I think the American format looks a little bit better, but the persons are fat :-) |

| I just want to say that i am sooo happy about the upcoming release of this dvd !
I Love to watch concert-dvds in general and I enjoyed the other Paul-Simon-Concert-DVDs so much...and now there will be another one....cool !
I just hope they will release Graceland in DVD-Audio soon... this album would be perfect for listening with surround-sound !
ABOUT THE REGION CODES:
a lot of dvd-players can be turned to codefree simply by entering a "secret" code on the dvd-player and the remote-control. Just search in the internet with the exact type-number of your dvd-player and the word "codefree". |

| But I now have a Toshiba PC-DVD-ROM in my
DVD-standalone (made that myself because the Old one didn´t work any longer) and I at this time no codecs for the Toshiba 16x DVD have been in the internet.
But maybe now...I will look again when I need it. |

| Well you can change that on your TV. At least i can.. and not all Reg 2 dvds are full screen, and not all Reg 1 dvds are widescreen.. I have over 300 dvds now in my collection, both reg 1 & reg 2 and there is a lot of difference from move to move about widescreen or fullscreen, so it soesn´t have anything to do wether they are re1 or 2´s |

| Hi,
I have this dvd some time now, I ordered it in the states and had it shipped to the netherlands, the sound comes to all boxes and on the dvd it says it is dolby digital, but to be honest, I am not an expert, I cannot hear the difference between dobly surround, dolby digital or dts. I suppose when the back of the dvd says it is dolby digital then it is, I guess...

| if you just have two speakers for your dvd/tv then you won´t hear much difference, bur if you have a 5.1 surround system then you really hear the difference. |
