 | On http://www.Old-rock.com (Swedish) you can buy over thirty old Simon-songs for 150 SEK.
Found it through the google - picture/image search, which is time- consuming, but interesting. |

 | If only I had a record player.
I was actually looking through my grandfather´s house and found three S & G 45´s. There are six songs total. I´m hoping to be able to play them someday soon, if I ever come across a record player. |

 | These are two CD`s with together over sixty songs. You don`t need a record player. |

 | I´m also curious where he/she read records.
I have most of the songs of these 2 CD´s, but I don´t listen them. They don´t sound like S&G, neither like Paul Simon to me. Isn´t it strange to see that Paul has written/recorded so many songs in such a short time (around 70 songs) from 1957- 1962(?) compared to the last years when he wrote 70 songs in ~25 years. Quantity against quality. |

 | Yes, I totally agree. I have some of those songs, and won`t buy these cd`s either.
Simon then wanted to be a hit-maker, as Carole King later was, and changed his mind just to the opposite in 1963.
Rock and Roll was dead, he realized that.
But the experiences he made in those years in music and business were very important.
He was very well prepared for his career, also by touring through England. |

 | Uh, the title of this post is "Old Records." Perhaps "recording" instead of "records" was meant, sorry. |
