 | Nick Drake was an english singer/songwriter of the seventies.
He killed himself.
His music was good and he was a "hidden-star" for many experts.
You can find his records under his name.

 | His death was an accidental overdose of mislabled medication. |

 | That´s horrible!! :[
I´ve only heard one of his songs, but I assumed it was recent because it sounded like it would be a new song. That´s awful though... |

 | Uh... this is kind of Old news. He killed himself decades ago. It´s kind of strange to bring it up now. |

 | I have it. I posted the same question on AMPS a while back...don´t think there was any response.
Blues runs the game is one of my favourite songs....(anything with just 3 chords in appeals to me ) |

 | Any idea if the Jackson C. Frank album is available on CD, Julie?
Just looking at a message above where nick Drake does "Blues Run The Game".....that is a bootleg home recording from Drake which is called "Tanworth-in-Arden"....the village where Nick Draked lived in Warwickshire. He only did 3 studio albums, although there is a bootleg disc of outtakes and demos in circulation titled Second Grace.I first heard of him 18 years ago on a radio program and proceeded to look up his recordings which make a neat collection as it is relatively small and readily available now that he has recently become well known. No known film footage exists anywhere of him though, not even home cine film. |
