i filled out all of the fan database information several times, but it wouldnt take what i did because of my birthday. it wouldnt accept it. i tried several tmes. can you help this situation out? sorry for using the forum for this.

Are you sure it is because of your birthday?

If you fill in the same text in different fields it also wouldn´t accept the entry.

I tried it with different dates - it is not the date, must have another reason. I will try on another computer later, maybe that makes a difference.

Perhaps it is the way you are writing the date...month,day,year as opposed to day,month,year ?

you dont write it, you select the month, date and year. my birthday is 13th of may 1982

The birthdate is ok.

I can´t see what you have filled in, but there are some special rules:

Your email must be a real email, at least include a @ and a dot.

Some fields have a minimum character amount.

Fill out all needed fields (most of them are needed)

Some fields are checked toward each other, so don´t fill in the same text (like name and pwd) A lot of fields are checked this way, this should prevent that people just fill out this form again and again (because it is a lot of work)
If you write in different fields only "No", "No", "No" your entry will not be accepted.

im not sure why, but it still isnt working. i fill everything out and double, even triple check it, but it still doesnt go through. it says that there is an error. the only thing that i can see, after it tells me that there is an error, it changes my birthday back to blanks. i will keep on trying.

nevermind all of that. i tried about 4 more times and then it worked! finally!! im glad that i have joined the club.

actually, i am having trouble again.

my password was emailed to me, but now, when i try to sign in, it wont let me. i put in my real name and it didnt work. then i put in my nick name, jefferson street, and it didnt work either.

am i doing something wrong?
