 | Simons first three solo-albums did well, and more important, every one better than the last one; so Still crazy was his first "Solo-high".
But not high enough to protect him from a flop with the film one-trick pony after 5 years of nearly absence and, not a flop, but disappointing sales of the album.
Very confused about this, he invited Garfunkel to the park, which was poison for his solo career. The whole world was talking about S&G again and Simons solo work was almost forgotten.
This was different this time. Simon got (not to my delight, I like concrete prices like Grammies more, except "lifetime-grammies")diverse honours as "person of the year", inducted in the "Kennedy-center" of "important" cultural persons, solo inducted in the "Hall of fame". The Americans like such things and Simon at least was not sad about it...
So, and it`s time to come to the point now!, he would let sing Garfunkel on a new song, if it sounds good in his opinion. And it would not affect album-sales negatively, especially after this tour, to be honest.
And Simon is honest. |

 | Hubert is great :-)
He is an austrian musician..and multi instrumentalist. I compare him with Paul Simon because of his various styles.
He is making traditional music with rock and pop and rap styles, he has made an album with African music, and an album with Tibetan music. At the time he is making very Old traditional 3 voice music in his style.
And he is playing guitar(classic and electric ), accordeon, trumpet and harmonica live. He is not only playing them like Paul is playing a little bit electric guitar on Bridge, he is a specialist on these instruments. Oh, and he yodels ;-) |

 | He is brilliant !
I like the most, when he plays rocky stuff on the accordeon and when he yodels !
But I have deep respect too for his great work with foreign music styles, though I didn´t hear so much of that music so far..

 | I´m "pessimist" because I believe that the album will be released later than in spring unlike many others here.
No, I´m really excited about the rumours. |

 | it´s a rumor guys, so get ready for the possible outcomes
1. Paul Simon does release a new album, making fans happy.
2. paul simon does´t release a new album, breaking our hearts
3. paul simon didn´t make a good album, nah, this one sounds impossible. |
