 | ok, the traditional recipe of ragù goes like this:
you have to heat some olive oil (a tablespoon) with some chopped onion and some chopped carrot. when the onion becomes gold (if it becames black with a strange smell I think you have committed some mistakes...), you have to put in the minced meat (beef, sousages, bacon...) and a little of white wine, then add the tomato sauce and cook it for 2 or 3 hours. Oh, well, if you are late you can cook even less..
In Italy, every city has his own sauce for the pasta, and every sauce goes better with a particular kind of pasta. The ragù is usally eaten with "tagliatelle", a fresh kind of hand-made pasta made wih eggs.

bolognaise"!!!...miam!!! but i prefer pasta with some pesto (basil) and parmesan...
