 | I don´t know if anyone has already posted this topic or not but has anyone noticed that paul has got some pretty serious biceps on him? I went to their concert in June or so and his t-shirt was hanging on for dear life around those guns, then i got to thinking that maybe he started to pump up after that scare in central park, when he sang the late great johnny ace, so he would be able to defend himself. your thoughts? |

 | During the 2002 tour, it was reported by a Swiss newspaper that Paul went to the fitness room of his hotel in Montreux for his training...a Swiss ski champion saw him and said he seemed to be in a great form...i thought the same (as many people around me) when i saw him while the concert...he was very muscular...you can also see it on the new DVD...so, he can wear molding t.shirts (i´m not sure AG could do the same; he happily wears very large shirts)...not bad at all for a 1m55 and 63 years Old man!!! |

 | Not bad, Simon´s pretty strong. He is probably doing it for healthy lifestyles, self defence or he is one of the entertaining FBIs. |

 | He certainly went through a pogdy period in the late 90s and 2000. At last I can identify physically as well as emotionally, I thought!! But now he´s looking rather trim - which just goes to show it´s never too late! Memo to self: How long you think that you can Run That Body Down? |

 | He´s started to dye his hair, too, as someone already pointed out in another discussion, I think . . . I really do think Edie has a lot to do with that. He probably wants to stay "young" for her and the kids! And staying healthy is wonderful, especially at his age . . . it means more years of performing!
And Turkey, it is indeed yummy to see Paul like that! Just like that Campbell´s soup slogan. .. Mmm mmm good! |

 | Yuck... I have never saw new DVD, but I noticed the change of his body on the pictures from the tour.
His arms and chest are lovely, I think he lost some weight (compared to "Grammy 2004").
Brandy, you´re right, I think Edie and his children are the most power of his change...
Art looks good too (but he´s a little bit etheric). What do you mean? |

 | What does ´etheric´ mean? (Sorry can´t find a translation for it)
Ther German word ´Narkotisierend´ would not fit very good I think? :-) |

 | That is true John, and this makes me spicious about the ´face-lift´. I think if you loose a lot of weight (and I guess Paul weights ~15 kg less now than 4 years ago) your face changes too. |

 | I think Paul looks better than Art. The blonde guy looks quite "aufgedunsen" on some pictures (sorry, I´m too lazy to look up a translation now) |

 | You´re right Bodo. When I manage to lose a bit of weight people always say they can see it in my face. Ditto for when I put it back on again!! |

 | Hi Bodo,
My language is rich in those words, it´s very difficult to translate it.
I meant "etheric body"as-slim arms and legs(without muscles),but this body can to have a paunch (I don´t say that Art has a paunch- I only interpret as looks etheric body:-))
You´re right, it can be negative word (you wrote "Narkotisiered"), but there is a compliment to say some women(or man) that she´s etherick in my Land :-) |
