 | Does anyone know if paul has a policy of not allowing his music on comp albums. I was looking through the ones out for Christmas and he wasn´t on any of them, inc a great one called "Acoustic guitar singers" which had bob dylan, al stewart joni mitchell etc good company for paul i would have thought.
Same in some novels which are about popular music, he is never mentioned while his peers would be. The nearest being " the great soundtrack of that film with Dustin Hoffman" in Gabriels Gift by Hanif Kureishi.

 | I have one compilation album with Paul on it called ´Songs, The best of the singers/songwriters´, it´s a double cd with 40 songs. Some other names on it are Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Cat Stevens, Billy Joel, Tim Buckley and his father Jeff Buckley, Carly Simon, Michelle Shocked, Van Morrison, Alanis Morisette etc. Paul is on it with the song Mother And Child Reunion. (not his best imo) |
