 | WARNING ~ I´m about to have a rant!!!
Gods I´m annoyed..VERY annoyed. I just popped by the ´Official´ Simon & Garfunkel web site and discovered there was some contests. So I thought I´d have ago....But I can´t. Why?! Because I´m not a US citizen.
Ye Gods, this is their ´Official´ web site, there for international. AND there´s no where I can email to rant about it....Grrrrrrrrrrr
OK Rant over :-) still peeved though

It´s the email from the domain name registrator.
I can understand you very good, but you have to accept that for most US citizens there exists only a vage cognition for other countries. It´s _the_ USA and some rest where they have a queen or good beer. |

 | The reason for restricting contests to US citizens is purely legal, and not some sort of discrimination against foreign contestants. It´s bad and I regret it too, but it´s as simple as that.

 | No one said it isn´t legal.
I just think that they either have forgotten other countries, or they want to save some postage ;-)
Anyway, I don´t want to win these items so it´s not really my problem ;-) |

 | "No one said it isn´t legal".
To be honest with you, I´m a bit fed up to be talked to this way in this place.
I was trying to supply a simple explanation, but never mind. |

 | JBD, can you explain which way I talked to you?
What fed´s you up on the sentence "No one said it isn´t legal" ?
It is a normal sentence, like "No one said you should eat shrimps"
I also brought up a simple explanation |

 | Why are you so touchy JBD, I´m sure Bodo didn´t mean to offend you. I also think it was a normal sentence and Bodo used these signs ;-) on the other sencentes, so it was all meant to be friendly IMO. |

 | Maybe it´s because of our famous French fan Nicolas B ! ;-) But, JB, don´t worry : Bodo is not Nicolas :-) |

 | LOL "No one said you should eat shrimps"...(quote from Bodos posting)
Believe me or not, in that second i read this sentence, I had a shrimp(s?) in my mouth.
I maybe eat shrimps once a year and not more often ...and exactly then, I read something like this !
Sorry for this useless posting, but that was such a coincident... I just had to share it. Unbelievable!

 | That is a bit of a coincidence, yes. But, on the other hand, that´ll teach you to eat shrimps and think you can get away with it! ;) |

 | Blimey I pass a coment about something I don´t agree with and someone get the ump and decides to leave. Blimey!!
I´ve read Bodos comment and I can´t see what JBDs problem is/was....it was a perfictly normal comment IMO.

 | Depends what you like really doesn´t it Scaaty?? For lager that´s all well and good but for REAL beer you can´t beat Boddingtons, John Smith´s, Tetley´s et al. |
