Bodo. In direct reply to this link. You either see changes in people or you don´t.If you have only the recent pictures to look at and to study then that is all you can go off until the DVD comes through. There are considerable differences in Paul´s face. His eyes are the most noticable. If you can´t see it for yourself then it is almost impossible to describe what I mean.Different people notice different identifying characteristics in people. For me Simon´s eyes have always been the hallmark of his face, so to me the change stands out.

"Hello BingFrisby. Just a hint, - when you post your statement direct under the message you are answering we can follow you more easely."....Bodo, just a hint...when you type "easely"...it is easier to follow what you mean when you spell it Easily!

Thanks Bing, I see you understand my posting so it can´t be that hard for you to understand.

It was meant as a nice hint, but making jokes about foreigners english isn´t nice. We can continue the discussion in german if you like

I don´t have any pictures showing his face close enough.
All I can see is that taking away his cap changed his look, because now we can see his thin hair - and this gives him another character. He always had a very young face, during the decades you can pick evey picture (except some of the uply 70´s pictures) and say that he looks around 10 - 15 years younger. But his face never fitted to his hair. A balding person with young face looks a little bit strange for us normaly (thats what I experienced)
So I believe now his face again (like in the mid 70´s) doesn´t fit to his hair.
I think Paul never looked very Old in 2000 or 2002, so I see no reason for a face lift - except maybe he could cut away his double-chin. (But on the picture where Paul plays in the park in summer 2003 [Live eveywhere] he has a nice double-chin (and some grey hair next to his ear))

Really, I have a problem to believe that he has made a face lift now in 2003, but on the other side took away his cap so that everyone can see his thin air. That doesn´t play together for me.

Too true Bodo! Bing, it´s amazing how well every single person speaks English within the forum. Even those not from predominantly English speaking countries.

Also it´s very easy to make an error in your typing and there is no facility, yet, on the forum where you can edit your post afterwards.

I second that Matthew....I´m always making mistakes when typing and my first language is English and only English, and Nobody corrects my errors.

And I feel the same as Bodo about the face lift thing...why show your bolding head then have a face lift.

As for his double chin....well, he´s always had that, even when he was very slim. Some people have them naturally ragrdless of their size and shape.

Also, Paul´s a singer and there for exercising the muscles in the throat. When I sing and place my hand where double chins form I can feel the muscle pressings down. And so I think that this double chin can be a result from many years of singing. Just a thought...lol

So Bing, why don´t you show us a befor ena d after pic of Paul so we can see what you see!

Please don´t be so rude Bing...I was making a suggestion, nothing more.

As for doing a search for pics; I´ve been doing that kind of search since I first got on the net, gods knows how long ago. I personally have no idea what you are talking about which is why I made the suggestion, I wasn´t being sarcastic as you seem to think.

It says: "Old wood have to paint" in my land :-).
I think Paul´s the boss of his face. He decides about his image and face´s changing.
I think we´ll do same thinks with our faces (and image)in a few years.
It´s true he looks younger that in Y2001.
(sorry my english isn´t well- I belive you understand my words)

Look, I don´t care what he does to his face as long as he does not start looking like Michael Jackson :)
As long as Paul is still with us, making music and happy, let it be!

Bing, I hope you see the difference between beeing from Italy and living in Engalnd, and not living in England?

If you are that good in foreign languages than anyway German would be better. Talking bad about others language skills isn´t the right way of discussing. Or did ou experience a lot of these things in England?

I also have searched trough a lot of pictures. Pictures on the web are very small , most 200 * 150 pix. You can´t say anything about them.

As long as this news only come from the Daily Mail I hope we can agree not to believe them ;-)

For me Paul looks very diffeent because he´s not wearing the cape - he´s having a complete other face. But when he is wearing one, like at the John Maer VH1 show, he looks normal to me.
