 | You can find one at Old-friends.tk, or on this site if you have the password. The one from Atlanta has the better sound quality I think. |

 | Do you think they will include every song from the show?
I mean, most of the time 1, 2 or more songs are cut out for a live DVD so I´m curious if every song will make it onto the DVD/CD |

 | I don´t need to have the Everly Brothers on it. |

 | But they are a part of the show. |

 | I am sure they take the whole show for the dvd.
Didn´t they change the setlist at the beginning of the tour ? I think they replaced "Song For The Asking" with "Leaves That Are Green". So I hope they include the one that isn´t on the show as a bonus clip. Some material from Rome would be nice too....or some backstage recordings
I just hope there is any bonus material at all... |

 | LOL - that would be the first Simon or S&G DVD including Bonus material or anything extra - so I doubt that!
I think we can be happy enough if it is really the full show.... But maybe they cut out the Everly Brothers set so they don´t have to pay them too much money ;-)(remember the DVD has been delayed because they want more money... so maybe this was their idea ;-) )
Song For The Asking will forever be something for the bootleg fans I guess.
But what makes you sure that it will be the whole show?
The Tower concert is cut
African concert is cut
Central Park concert is cut
YTO is also cut
Central Park 81 was originally cut
(btw. I´m not sure, didn´t they play a reprise of Late In The Evening at this show ?)

 | Doesn´t seem to me the CP 81 was cut. They sang Late In The Evening in the concert and again at the very end after the encore. |

 | Well, they (S&G)knew from the beginning of the tour, that they will release a DVD afterwards. And since it was such a sensational reunion tour and probably the last S&G tour, they mabe decided to include some interviews and make the DVD something special ....at least I hope so.
I can´t believe they cut anything out from the show. Can you tell me what is cut out on the other dvds ?
(BTW: Yes, they played a reprise of Late In The Evening at the central park show...and it´s also on the dvd)
I hope the Everlys will make it on the DVD too. I want this DVD especially to remember the beautiful evenings I had at the shows I attended. And the Everlys were part of that evening too ! ...and hey, they sounded no too bad...
Oh man, It would be such a shame to cut anything of this show for the DVD !
I even would say: IF they cut something out, I DON´T buy it !
- I would buy the bootleg DVDs on ebay instead. (I am a very political person, you know... ;o)
So, Bodo, can you please tell me what is cut out on the DVDs you mentioned ? |

 | Thats a joke or?
On YTO there are the Rhythm Of The Saints tracks missing. (Spirit Voices, Proof)
On CP91 Cecilia is missing - and the encore of You Can Call Me Al with Cevy Chase
Live at the Tower - thats only half the show, some people expected with the re-release we will get more...anyway a nice DVD
I don´t have the original VHS from S&G 1981 concert, but AFAIK The Late great Johnny Ace and the reprise of Late In The Evening have been missing on that tape. Now they erased that error.
African Concert - At this tour he also performed some of his other songs like Sounds Of Silence, Late in the evening, Mother And Child Reunion, but they didn´t make it onto the DVD (I think here it is okay because it´s a DVD about African Musicians) |

 | Oh.... I didn´t know about the missing Tracks on YTO and the African Concert. I haven´t seen the other shows so far (except of CP81 which is complete on the dvd).
Still, I can´t imagine that they cut anything out of the upcoming dvd...but I have to admit that I am not so sure anymore...
Thanks for the infos Bodo.

 | I don´t think they will cut any of the show because I think the makers like a round 2 hr show, CP91 is 2hrs and so is YTO after cuts but S&G show is 2hrs with no cut at all. |

 | That´s true, Matthew, and I hope they won´t cut anything. For me, they can cut the Everly´s, I´ve got to admit that I hate them. But I respect the opinions of people that they should be on the DVD, they were part of the show. Anyway, if the Everly´s make it on the DVD, I´ll skip those tracks :-). |

 | When I burned my Atlanta Bootleg, I burned the Everly-Set as one track...so it´s easier to skip *lol*
But they should have their part on the DVD...After all, they belong also to the story Paul is telling before their appearance. |
