 | Refreshing to hear, Micky! I´m in Canada, though, and here we don´t hear much of Old music. In fact, I don´t think Canadian stations play any old music at all! I´ve always had to listen to Oldies 104.1 from Buffalo! |

 | Well Brandy, something else Radio 2 also has is a world wide fan base and all because you can listen to the programmes recorded live and loaded onto the BBC Radio 2 site. There are people in the States, Canada, Australia, etc. who listen to Wogan everyday. Of course they hear it after the show went out, but they do get to listen.
Another good show is the Jonathan Ross show on a Saturday Morning.
Both Wogan´s and Ross´ shows are very funny.
Here´s a link to the web site:

 | I´ve heard a saying lately that goes: Arguing on the internet is like running in the Special Olympics. Even if you win, well... you can figure the rest. I´ve never been much for the hero worship thing, but I´ve had good days and bad and done things I´ve later regretted. I really just Love the music, sort of my lullabys when I was little. Thanks to the parents for that.
Peace and more peace. |

 | I think Elin is right:
Paul Simon is a genius but this don´t mean that Art Garfunkel isn´t a good artist. He´s great live and he´s a class singer. One of the best I´ve ever heard live. |

 | I´ve said that?! Surely not as well phrased as you did, though! :) (but of course I agree with you.)
I have great hopes for Artie as a songwriter, too. I´m just lurking in the background currently, waiting to get my paws on Everything Waits To Be Noticed...
And of course Paul´s voice is very nice to listen to - but Art´s voice sends shivers down my spine. :D |

 | I have "everything wants.." and I must say that even though there are some nice songs, he will never match Simon when it comes to songwriting.
And let´s face it.. the only thing that Art is REALLY famous for besides S&G is Bright eyes.
Paul has had a lot more solohits.. and is rightfully a bigger star. |

 | I have heard this album also a few times.
Nice music, but nothing special about it. I´ve listened to it a few times and then it get´s boring. The songs are all the same, nice sweet, a lot of uptempo happy rhyhtm songs...la laal laaa la laaa.
Doesn´t touch me for a longer time. |

 | Paul Simon is a genius songwriter.
But I don´t usually rate an artist from the number of hit he has.Britney would be one of the greatest artist now.(sic) |
