| Everything on youtube is legal and paid for and licensed nowaday Klausi. (some exceptions happen, but we know how fast youtube deletes them)
The biggest lie ever this german politican "Axel Voss" repeated at least a 100 times was that "big internet companies like youtube earn money with copyright violations"
It is very hard to find any popular song that is not licensed to a publishing company.
Youtube will not have any problem with upload filters, not for a second.
a) they already have their filter
b) they already have licenses
c) they are the technological leader in all content recognition systems: The law says that every website has to do its best with the highest technologies to find copyright violations: As there is nothing better than youtube, they do not have to do anything better. But every small website has to do what youtube does.
This law could also be named: Make-youtube-the-only-video-streaming-website-in-the-EU-law. |
