Which songs do you think Paul will play on his last tour? Do we get a song like Bleeckerstreet, leaves that are green? One song from the early days. Will he bring us some other songs he has not played for many years like Born at the Right Time or Hurricane Eye? What to expect?

I think it will be greatest hits mainly but I did wonder if he could do it broadly chronologically and include at least one track from every album... (can't see him doing 31 songs each night though!)

Sound of Silence (Paul solo)
Homeward Bound (Paul solo at first then band join in)
America
Mrs Robinson
Cecilia
The Boxer
Bridge Over Troubled Water
Mother and Child Reunion
Me and Julio
Duncan
Kodachrome
Loves Me Like a Rock
50 Ways to Leave Your Lover
Still Crazy After All These Years
Late in the Evening
Hearts and Bones
The Boy in the Bubble
Graceland
Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes
You Can Call Me Al
----ENCORE----
The Obvious Child
Trailways Bus
You're The One
Father And Daughter
Dazzling Blue
Stranger to Stranger
----ENCORE----
Old Friends/Bookends
Leaves That Are Green
Scarborough Fair
American Tune
Song For The Asking

haha, what a funny idea :-D

Everything beside the usual setlist would be a big surprise to me. Thats okay, I am so used to those songs that I would dislike the show without Diamonds.

It is a little bit sad that since 20 years no new album has brought a single "standard" live song that he is playing every time. qiet a long time...5 albums.

I personaly think those songs could have had become stable live songs, if played more frequently:

Trailways Bus
Bernadette
Hurricane eye
YTO
Father and daughter
Love is eternal ...

Rewrite works well and of course Dazzling blue.

No I think Dazzling Blue is the closest we have to a "standard" song.

I think Father and Daughter is a strange one. It was his only Top 40 hit this century so I am surprised he doesn't play it every time.

Once again, what we want or think does not have any impact.

But since we are at it...

I wish the tour is strong on S&G. I guess lots of solo Simon tours have been proving that he did not need S&G. But given that this is a farewell tour and that there won't be most likely any more S&G tour, I hope he treats us with all the S&G classics.

As for 'recent songs', yes, there is F&D, and others (Wristband has been appreciated a lot in the 2016 tour). I am not too concerned about that.

Homeward bound might be a good guess as the last song to be played.
