Interesting...

It remains to be seen if the bonus are the same as the 2004 Warner Brothers release.

For the time being, I opt out for obvious reasons. I have the 2004 WB boxset and I don't think I need of a remaster of 'Surprise' and SBOSW (!). I also bought Live Rhymin when it came out remastered. So...

I am glad the liner notes have been written by Ashley Khan. I liked his book on the making of Coltrane's 'A Love Supreme'.

The answer is on Sony Legacy website...

No new bonuses from the 2004 WB releases or the 25th Graceland Anniversary edition.

No bonuses for his last 2 studios albums.

Yawn...

The whole set have been split up into five parts:

Paul Simon - Discography (1964-2012)

Paul Frederic Simon (born October 13, 1941) is an American musician and singer-songwriter. Simon's fame, influence, and commercial success began as part of the duo Simon & Garfunkel, formed in 1964 with musical partner Art Garfunkel. Simon wrote most of the pair's songs, including three that reached No. 1 on the U.S. singles charts: "The Sound of Silence", "Mrs. Robinson", and "Bridge Over Troubled Water". The duo split up in 1970 at the height of their popularity, and Simon began a successful solo career as a guitarist and singer-songwriter, recording three highly acclaimed albums over the next five years. In 1986, he released Graceland, an album inspired by South African township music. Simon also wrote and starred in the film One-Trick Pony (1980) and co-wrote the Broadway musical The Capeman (1998) with the poet Derek Walcott. Simon has earned 12 Grammys for his solo and collaborative work, including the Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2001, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and in 2006 was selected as one of the "100 People Who Shaped the World" by Time magazine. Among many other honors, Simon was the first recipient of the Library of Congress's Gershwin Prize for Popular Song in 2007. In 1986 Simon was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Music degree from Berklee College of Music where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees.

If you are willing the have a more specific part of all numbers I just put up here I am able to provide this. I know a site, but it is a T-one if you know what I mean and I think Bodo will not be happy if I would put a link to this dl-site. The others contents also comes from a dl-site: therefore I only put up an entire description about what the box contains. Poor Klausi: Ja die Teuro und die Wahlen........was denkst du wer gewinnen möchte: Frau Angela :););)?

Who would want this, I think I have most of it, outside of
songs I don't like. And as usual .com did not send me an e-mail.

Right Anthony, after checking there is not one previously unreleased song.

And as usual, "Ten Years" is missing, seems Paul really gave all rights to Sting`s rainforest project. Originally composed for Oprah Winfrey`s Ten Years jubilee of her show, it only appeared on the album "Carnival" in 1997, which certainly wasn`t a hit.

So how is the sound on these new remasters?
Better than the ones from 2004?

I´d love to have the new version of Concert in the Park if it has a new improved sound.
