 | Paul Simon was on the cover of AGM Jul/Aug 1993, No 19. The magazine featured BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATER guitar arrangement by Paul Simon himself.
The source is the internet.
Tried to find that transcription on the net but no luck yet!

 | Damn! That is something I´d Love to see. When did Paul start taking lessons from Mark Hanson? Can anyone recall? Paul may have been testing his new skills by writing a transcription of one of his best known songs. If anyone succeeds in finding it please make it available somehow. That would be excellent. |

 | I was on my first travel trip to the USA in 1993 and I bought that magazin back then. Will have a look at home, if I still have it. |

 | I have it somewhere also; it´s very interesting because Paul performed the transcription version at the 1993 Los Angeles Children´s Health Benefit. |

 | Hi Royd,do you recall if it was a fingerstyle accompaniment or a complete fingerstyle,melody/harmony/bass line piece? Either way I´d Love to have a look and read the article as well. |

 | That is really great to have someone from Nepal on this page! :)
I´ll see if I can find the flag of Nepal :)
It´s no problem - that can happen - it is just, everything posted in the NEWS section will be send via email to all other fans at the end of the month. So only selected messages should be there. |
