A nice interview with the Keyboardplayer Rob Schwimmer from Paul&Art´s band.
He said that he played the theremin(electric box) at the background on Pauls new album yet to be released. Great news isn´t it!!!!
You can find it on http://www.pe-online.com/300958952723385.bsp

I´ve read it just a few minutes before, really great.
Hehe, couldn´t believe that Paul is now using a theremin... The person (a russian) who made the first theremin died just a few months before I heard ;-)

So...hm, I thought the band is NEUTRAL...LOL, not connected to Paul *g*

I just read in the Detroit show review that Rob Schwimmer played the theremin during The Boxer, wonder how this sounds like. My son showed me the theremin on the net and let me hear how it sounds.
He saw it when The Polyphonic Spree used it at Lowlands.
There where more surprises in Detroit, Mark and Rob played during the encores and Paul asked for a cell phone from someone in the first row and handed it to Artie who talked quite a while in it.

The Aboriginals used it to give signals.
It´s hard to play it.
Maybe Mark wants to reach the back of the small... (LOL) arenas.
But I think it is interesting that they use these experimental instruments.
That´s one of the parts I like a lot about Paul´s music, he is always searching for new sounds to add to his music.
BTW I´m glad Rob and Mark don´t have to split themselves. LOL.
