I had second row almost centred seats for last nights show and it has to be the best concert I have ever been to. When we arrived the security at the door told us the show wouldnīt be starting until 8pm, and I think it started pretty much on time. After reading the reviews for the previous nightīs show it sounds like there was a lot more energy at this show. Most of the crowd was on itīs feet before the end of the regular set and by the second encore many people had moved up closer to the stage and were dancing. I donīt think I have ever clapped so hard in my life. My personal highlights were īMe and Julioī because it has always been my favourite song and īCall me Alī because the energy in the building was so amazing. He didnīt talk much during the show, just to say that Vancouver was beautiful and he had gone biking in Stanley Park that morning; he also made a few jokes and seemed to be enjoying himself. We went outside after the show and he came out to sign autographs, unfortunately there were a lot of people, so I never got anything signed. It was truely awe-inspiring to see someone who I have admired for so long on stage.

I was there the same night and I have to agree - wonderful show, especially in such an intimate and and beautiful room. Itīs where the Vancouver Symphony plays! A great opportunity to experience Simon and the amazing ensemble he plays with.
We were lucky enough to basically walk right into him out back! Spoke briefly and got an autograph - very classy guy.
