Still Crazy After All These Years

This was an amazing show, my first. I´d been loving the new album and really loved how those songs blended so well with all those unreal giant classics (Rewrite is maybe my least favorite on the album but it totally stood its ground sandwiched between two of my all-time favorites: I was awed). The band played beautifully, such solid pockets and gorgeous riffing, both capturing highlights from the studio versions and throwing in extras here and there too. They looked to be having a lot of fun switching around instruments.

Paul was funny and charming and didn´t wear a hat which I´d expected (he´s one of the heroes for us bald folks and he wore it well!). He played up his baseball fandom for the encore and came out in a Rangers jersey (they were in the playoffs I think, I don´t follow baseball)

One of the best show I´ve seen. This guy could kick back on his legacy and phone in those greatest hits shows and I´d be perfectly happy, but he still taps into that vitality that has made him a legend.

LOVED IT!!!

Mr DVMP

Totally enjoyed this show. I have seen Paul several times and even though this performance was during the final game of the World Series that the local team was playing in, there still was a dandy crowd.

I have included a Link to a pic I took at this great show! I sat in the center 2nd row.
